1. What materials do you use for your products?
We use high-quality resin, metal, wood, and other materials to craft our mezuzah, candle tray, challah boards, and Judaica items. Each material is carefully selected to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
2. How should I care for my mezuzah, candle tray, and/or challah Board?
To maintain the beauty of your items:
- *Mezuzah*: Handle with care and avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or moisture.
- **Candles**: Keep away from drafts and never leave burning candles unattended.
- **Challah Tray**: Clean with a soft cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners.
3. How do I hang my mezuzah?
We recommend using Gorilla double-sided clear tape for easy and secure attachment. Place the tape on the back of the mezuzah case, and attach it to the right doorpost at an angle, with the top facing inward towards the room.
4. Can I customize an item?
Yes, we offer customization options for many of our products. Please contact us directly with your requests, and we’ll be happy to discuss how we can create a unique piece just for you.
5. What is your return policy?
We do not offer store credit or exchanges for custom products. However, for non-custom pieces, we offer an exchange for store credit within 7 days of delivery, applicable only for damaged and unused items.. Please contact us to arrange an exchange or store credit.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. Please contact us for a quote and estimated delivery time.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
